Ticket Information
Vail Yeti game tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Seating at Dobson Ice Arena is first come, first served. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and enjoy the full game-day experience.

No Re-Entry
The Vail Yeti maintain a no re-entry policy. Once a guest leaves Dobson Ice Arena, they will not be permitted to re-enter the game. This policy helps maintain a safe and secure environment for all fans, players, and staff.

Prohibited Items
• Selfie sticks
• Noisemakers
• Laser pointers
• Outside food or beverages
• Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and pepper spray

Prohibited Behavior
• Bringing outside food or beverages into the arena
• Smoking
• Bringing items that could cause harm to others
• Bringing pets into the facility
• Throwing objects onto the ice

Fan & Guest Safety
Unattended bags and suspicious activity will not be tolerated. All guests are expected to follow arena policies and instructions from Vail Yeti staff and arena personnel.

Guests who fail to comply with these policies may be asked to leave the facility immediately. The Vail Yeti reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior creates a safety or security concern.
