Where do the Vail Yeti play?
The Vail Yeti play their home games at Dobson Ice Arena in Vail, Colorado.

Where can I purchase Vail Yeti tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through the Vail Yeti’s official ticketing page. Game-day tickets may also be available at the arena, subject to availability.

Are tickets refundable?
No. All Vail Yeti game tickets are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
No. Vail Yeti game tickets are non-transferable.

Is seating reserved?
No. Seating at Dobson Ice Arena is first come, first served. We recommend arriving early if you would like to sit in a specific area.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:15 PM, with warm-ups beginning at 7:30PM. The National Anthem is at 8:00 PM, followed by puck drop at 8:05 PM.

Can I leave and come back during the game?
No. The Vail Yeti have a no re-entry policy. Once you leave Dobson Ice Arena, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

What happens if I arrive late?
Fans may enter after puck drop, but doors close at the end of the second period. No entry will be permitted after doors close even with a ticket.

Are children required to have a ticket?
Yes. Every guest entering the arena must have a valid ticket. Kids under 3 are free.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Dobson Ice Arena.

What items are not allowed inside the arena?
Prohibited items include selfie sticks, noisemakers, laser pointers, outside food and beverages, and weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and pepper spray.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted inside Dobson Ice Arena, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

What if I lose my ticket?
If you have trouble accessing your ticket, please contact the Vail Yeti ticketing team before arriving at the arena so we can help resolve the issue.
